I really dislike my D3000.
The way it handles high ISO / low light just doesn’t cut it. I consciously try to limit myself to ISO 800 because anything above that just looks hideously grainy. Not to mention that it maxes out at Hi 1 = 3200 anyways. And by limiting my ISO I’m just asking for shaky shots and motion blur. Oh yeah, the scale only goes up by 1 stop at a time as well .___. This is the most annoying thing about my camera body and the #1 reason I’m waiting dearly on a D7000 replacement to drop. I’ll be on that ASAP when it does.

yeah i heard even the D40 handles better than the D3000. shucks, but D7000 is definitely something. D7100 might be announced this summer, so i might wait a bit for a price drop
