The way it handles high ISO / low light just doesn’t cut it. I consciously try to limit myself to ISO 800 because anything above that just looks hideously grainy. Not to mention that it maxes out at Hi 1 = 3200 anyways. And by limiting my ISO I’m just asking for shaky shots and motion blur. Oh yeah, the scale only goes up by 1 stop at a time as well .___. This is the most annoying thing about my camera body and the #1 reason I’m waiting dearly on a D7000 replacement to drop. I’ll be on that ASAP when it does.

Woke up at 6:45 because MS and IT turned on my school alarm x.x buttfaces haha. Tried getting them back by calling to wake them up but that didn’t really work…

Had an early Christmas / trip to heaven thanks to my bro KC. Holy shit that was amazing. If it weren’t for the fact that I was cleaning up a virus off my dad’s computer and that I had to go somewhere, I probably would’ve spent the next few hours in front of those 3 boxes. I love you KC. And JC too :D

After showering, I went to Oasis with CT for a bit while we waited for everyone else. Got myself a mango snow with tapioca; I haven’t had that in a while, so that was good.

Went to Jade Garden with SM, CT, and MS. Since it was SM’s first time having dim sum, we got the staples (hai gao, siu mai, dan tat, etc…) and some other stuff. It was interesting watching him eat chicken feet haha. SM’s leaving on Sunday, so I decided to pick up the tab and make it my treat.

Afterward we headed to Cal Anderson Park by SCCC. Went into the water fountain pond area and messed around in there. Sumo-hand-pushing and the ninja game, as well as making awkward poses and racing across the pond. Can’t forget the water splashing either haha. Highlight of it all must’ve been when CT nailed SM in the jaw with a kick - unintentional of course. Sounded mighty painful though. EQ and JQ dropped by too, and the more the merrier ^_^

Checked out the event going on at the park. Bend-It Festival apparently. Gender neutral space and gay / queer pride. It was interesting watching the men toss the rugby around. I never knew that was how the ball was handled. Other things of note: creepy Mexican guy staring at us while we were in the water and 4 Asians drinking vodka in plain sight.

Yogurtland for some comida. Dulces, more like. New York Cheesecake, Pistachio, Guava Pineapple Tart, and Key Lime Pie. Cheesecake bits and mochi. Totaled $5.09. After that we tried on some bras, took sexy pictures, and went to Dick’s. I love me some Dick’s :D Got a Special and watched SM and MS toss food at the pidgeons.

Bussed to Chinatown for Oasis. Thanks EQ for shaking the trees and getting us all wet T.T haha all’s good. Played Taboo and Spoons and Egyptian War and talked and chilled. Bussed + walked MS home and then bussed home.
